Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide and is how every order is paid: you pay in cash when your order arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive in 5–7 working days anywhere in Pakistan. We'll call to confirm your order before dispatch.
Can I return or exchange my bag?
Yes, if it arrives damaged or defective, or isn't the colour or bag you ordered. Message us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (0319-0237720) with your order number and photos or an unboxing video. Exchanges are free; for a refund, the return courier is paid by you. Change-of-mind returns aren't accepted.
Is delivery free? Do you have any offers?
Delivery is Rs. 250 for one bag and free when you order 2 or more bags in one order. Order 4 or more bags and you also get 10% off. Any designs count, including the same bag more than once.
How should I care for my bag?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it stuffed and in its dust bag when not in use, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Avoid contact with perfume and oils.
Are the colours true to the photos?
We photograph in natural daylight and describe each colour plainly. Screens vary a little; if you're unsure, message us and we'll send a real photo.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
